CHASSIS Original car:
1975mod. BMW1502 malaga. New parts:
Front fenders, front end, hood, doors. All original BMW parts. Green coloured
glass all around. Mods:
Original BMW turboflares and spoiler. Notch in front end for air intake removed.
Expanded cut out in front end for larger radiator. Block out for exhaust on rear
end moved to center of car. All trim holes welded. Paint: Porsche
Continental Orange Measure heights from ground: Center front under tip of hood: 71cm. Center front under spoiler: 11,5cm. Wheel housing rear: 56cm. Wheel housing front: 60cm ·
ENGINE Total: M10,
2100cc, 4cylinder, turbocharged, intercooled, electronic fuel injected. Bottom end:
M10 bored to 90,5. Forged steel, nitrite hardened crank. Machined forged steel
con rods. Mahle forged pistons. Ring wired, piano threaded bores in block.
Duplex timing chain. Customized engine mounts. Head:
1985 E30/318i. 46mm intake and 38mm exhaust valves. Modified combustion chambers
to lower comp. ratio to 7,5:1. Late style valve guides and seals. Intake:
2002tii manifold rebuilt to fit E30/323i throttle housing and Bosch 465cc
injectors. Turbo:
Garrett T3 with intern wastegate. Trim: 45, inducer: 40,51. Exhaust:
2,5” home made straight pipe with 3” Simons rear muffler. Fuel systems:
Tank pickup from E28/520. Bosch fuelpump and filter from E30/325. Fuelrail
modified from E30/318i. Fuelpressure regulator from E28/535i. Management: BSE EMS2 fully programmable fuel and ignition control. Bosch ignition module, coolant and air temp. sensor. 3bar map sensor. Hall sensor on adapter, reading from customized crankshaft pulley trigger. ·
COOLING: Radiator:
Customized shell from 2 original pieces supported with new high performance
register. Intercooler:
700x200x90 mm, with 63mm in and out
pipe Fan:
Original 2002 Oil cooler: 13 row Setrab cooler with E30/M3 filter adapter.
Clutch:
E30/M3 pressure plate with sintered clutch
on 228mm flywheel. Gearbox:
E28/518i Getrag 240 5-speed overdrive with 3-bolt flange and shortened
driveshaft. Custom shift linkage with shortened shifter from E30.Double
transmission mounts on modified travers mount. Differential: E21/323i limited slip diff 3.45:1 with 25% lockup. E21/323i output shafts.
Front:
Bilstein/Alpina tii struts with 2dg negative camber. 22mm adjustable sway bar
with uniball arms and urethane bushings. Rear:
Custom E21/323i trailing arms with urethane bushings. 20mm adjustable sway bar
with uniball arms. Shocks /springs:
Bilstein sport with HR springs. Alignements

Front:
E21/323i, 255mm vented discs with E9, 4-pot calippers. Rear: E21/323i, 258mm discs. Details:
‘02tii brake master cylinder with customized pressure regulator for rear
wheels. E21/323i handbrake cables. All new made brakelines.
Headliner:
Black “turbo look” headliner made from local upholsterer. Dashboard:
Rebuilt with integrated “turbo look” extra gauge holder for turbo boost and
oil pressure. Home made instrument panel with all switches removed. New warning
light bar for beam, turn, charge, oil and brakes. Dash flocked. Instruments: Smith’s
Classic electronic gauges: 80mm speedometer getting signals from an Greengauges
speed sensor kit on right output shaft. 80mm 8000RPM tacho rvc, 50mm oil press,
oil temp, water temp, fuel level, voltmeter, and turbo boost. Seats:

Battery:
72Ah, trunk located in custom battery/tower brace. E30/325 battery cable and
+terminal in front. Generator:
E30/318i Bosch 80Ah generator. Details:
All electric wiring new, fusebox removed to two locations in glovebox and left
side firewall under dashboard. Completely rebuilt, customized instrument panel
with Smith’s Classic gauges.
